3 rd Line Support Consultant – Stockport – c.£35,000 Great Projects – Apply Now An award-winning solutions provider requires a 3 rd Line Support Consultant to support a wide range of customers with complex technical issues. The 3 rd Line Support Consultant will be involved in pre-sales and support for customers, scoping and delivering cloud solutions as well as providing post implementation support. About the 3 rd Line Support Consultant Role: As a 3 rd Line Support Consultant, you will engage in technical support and customer services quickly resolving issues escalated from 1 st and 2 nd line support teams. You will consult with customers to ascertain their technical needs and plan cloud solutions to address those needs. You will manage the delivery and deployment of application and infrastructure upgrades, keeping accurate documentation on all new features.
