Job description: Are you an experienced HR Advisor and Recruiter who is looking for a stand alone role? Our client, a creative agency is looking to hire a full time Senior HR and Recruitment Advisor to join their small HR team, where you will be working autonomously. They are based in the heart of London , within easy access to the Central line. What you will be doing? • Being a key point of contact for employees and external stakeholders alike • Have a solid background and knowledge of both recruitment and HR functions such as ER • Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs • Providing advice/guidance to line managers when necessary • Handling end to end recruitment • Sourcing and screening all types of candidates • Manage first round interviews • Using applicant tracking data to manage recruitment process • Handling ad-hoc projects What you need to be successful: • 3-4 year’s HR and recruitment experience • Experience in an end to end recruitment role • Articulate and well thought • A confident and calm demeanour Apply now before you miss out
