Talent Acquisition Partner required for an immediate start The world's third largest confectionery company and a major player within the FMCG space, is now looking for a new candidate to join the 34,000 current employees in multiple offices and 20 plus plants across the world. We are looking for an interim Talent Acquisition Business Partner, to support us on an interim basis-three/six-month full-time assignment. The role will be based at our London HQ, North London. A matrix organisation and as such this role will be reporting to the Head of HR for Retail and Commercial and have a dotted line to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Immediate start. Roles and Responsibilities · Using the ATS system (Success factors) as a candidate management tool · Recruit for Head Office Positions for commercial, Marketing and Sales · Write adverts and aim to fill position directly without excessively leaning on agencies · Assist with interviews and assessment centres · Pro-actively use social media to advertise and reach out to candidates Skills and Experience · In house recruitment experience · Experience of running assessment centres · Competency based interviews · Use of Success Factors Member of CIPD · Degree · SHL qualified (not essentially) Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
