Warehouse Team Manager £35,000 Royton We are looking to recruit a Warehouse Team Manager who is a specialist within Ecommerce operations. This role will be to manage a team of Ecommerce Operatives and their Team Leaders by developing a positive can-do ethos, to drive client satisfaction by delivering excellent operational performance. You will be working directly with the client and will need to understand the business to ensure that there are enough skills developed and processes in place to deliver on quality and budget requirements. You will need to ensure that health and safety and housekeeping are maintained to a high standard. Previous experience managing B2C e-commerce operations is essential, ideally within an customer focussed environment. We are looking for an excellent communicator who shows great attention to detail.
