Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to become a Warehouse Operative for our client in Oldham, OL2 8NF. You will be part of a friendly team working with one of the largest delivery companies in the UK. We have a variety of shifts available for you with the benefit of receiving weekly pay . We are offering you to become a Warehouse Operative with the possibility to gain a full time permanent contract. As a Warehouse Operative you will be paid: Days/Evenings: £8.72 per hour Nights: £9.75 per hour Shift times as a full time Warehouse Operative: Day shift: 06:00am - 14:00pm Afternoon shift: 14:00pm - 22:00pm Night shift: 22:00pm - 06:00am Your role as a Warehouse Operative: You will be working as part of a team to make sure parcels are identified correctly and electronically dispatched to the right destination. You will be ensuring all parcels are scanned, and manually sorted parcels into its loading bay Checking for damaged parcels and miss-sorts As a Warehouse Operative you must make sure you are handling parcels with care to avoid any damage so that they reach the end customers perfectly. You must feel comfortable in lifting and carrying parcels and loading / unloading trailers as we have a variety of parcels. You will receive full training as a Warehouse Operative as no experience needed.
