Overview

Fleet/Purchasing Administrator Location: Walsall Salary: £20,000 Position: Permanent We have an exciting opportunity for Fleet/Purchasing Administrator working for a company based in Walsall. In this role you will be responsible for the company car fleet process in its entirety. To process purchase requests in line with agreed Company policies and manage two purchase ledgers. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: - Manage the end to end process of the company car fleet c 40 cars - Manage the Company purchasing process for certain approved business overheads - Manage two purchase ledgers and payments on Opera 3 and Sage 200 - Process monthly expenses for all employees - Process improvements - Other adhoc duties including answering telephones and visitors Qualifications and Education Requirements: - Excellent attention to detail - Prior experience of Purchase Ledger - Competent user of Microsoft Excel - Preferred experienced user of Opera and Sage 200 - Ability to meet tight deadlines and timescales - Able to prioritise work load - Process driven administrator - Manages processes to Company policy - Driving licence is essential for this role If you feel you fit the criteria for this role and wish to know more, please apply here with your updated CV so we can discuss in further detail Fleet/Purchasing Admin| Walsall | £20,000
