Job Role: Mechanical Assembler Job Type: Permanent Industry: Engineering/Manufacturing Location: Stroud Profile Our client is a leading manufacturer of bespoke machinery who is looking for mechanical technicians to join the company due to continued growth. Duties - Fitting and assembling systems/machinery(in the form of frames and cabinets) - Assembly of pumps, motors, hydraulics, valves, pneumatics etc. - Using hand tools – wrenches, spanners, screwdrivers etc. - Mechanical Sub-Assembly - Following and working from mechanical engineering diagrams/drawings - Basic electrical assembly Skills/Experience - Previous experience in mechanical sub-assembly - Ability to work both independently and/or part of a team - Be efficient, enthusiastic and methodical in their work - Apprentice trained/time served with experience working within a busy manufacturing/production environment(preferably) - Basic electrical assembly knowledge(beneficial) - Be neat and methodical in their work For more information regarding this role please call Kara Fraser on or to make an application send a CV to Thank you for your interest in this vacancy.
