CNC Manufacturing Team Leader Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Permanent We are looking for an experienced CNC Manufacturing Team Leader The position is working for a family-run engineering client of ours based in Gloucestershire area. This is an exciting time to join an everchanging company and would suit and individual who is ambitious and likes a challenge. The working hours are Monday to Friday with rotating shifts. This can be a variety of 6:00am – 2:00pm as well as 2pm – 10:30pm. Tools and PPE are provided (Uniform included). Typical day duties: Ensuring all machines are running properly Holding team meetings and delivering clear updates from SMT Leading a team of 12 people on shift Personal development planning – holding meeting and feeding back to team Skills & Experience: Strong CNC Multitask Experience Strong problem-solving skills & fault finding Online Programming Strong leadership skills with clear examples of experience/training/team motivation/coaching & mentoring/daily output monitoring.
