Clinical Lead Superheroes WE NEED YOU A Clinical Lead is required for a Leading Care Home provider CQC RATING - GOOD This company prides itself on its excellent service and the quality of its care homes; it is a specialist provider with residents at the heart of all decisions. The candidate must be an experienced RGN/RMN to provide leadership to deliver quality care to meet the residents needs and wishes. Acting as the Clinical Lead Nurse to the Home Manager you will be looking to manage, lead, train and guide the nursing team during the shift to ensure company and regulatory standards are always met. Investing in people The Home manager is happy to help you through an NCVQ5 and RMA qualification Day to day tasks Will include managing a team to include professional nurses, Unit Leaders and senior carers, organising shifts and rotas in the absence of the manager / deputy manager, participating in on-call cover, liaising with outside professionals and relative's families, keeping care plans and medical supplies updated as well as assisting the home manager / deputy with the general day to day running of the home Ensuring always the highest standards of care is delivered to the service users whilst working within the defined company policies and procedures. Ensure all nursing practices are evidence based and reflect current trends. Work with the Home management team and other trained nurses in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating quality nursing care. Supervising and training nurses and care assistants, ensuring the full and professional delivery of care to the clients. Lead on Clinical practice and developments within the home.
