Salary: From £50,000 to £60,000 per annum + Bonus + Shares + Benefits

Overview

3rd Line Support or Desktop Architect required by a leading financial technology business who continue their global expansion. This role will see you working on both 3rd line support and architecture projects which are focused on getting all office locations singing in harmony as the company continues to expand. In addition to BAU 3rd line support, your up-coming projects would focus on: Desktops Hardening, Full O365 rollout (beyond email which is currently used), Azure Rights Management, Sharepoint, Information Protection/Security. You will be working closely with an in-house tech team of 35 people globally and sit closely with the infrastructure team. While this role mainly works at 3rd line support/project level, we are also looking for someone who is able to roll their sleeves up and pitch in where required. Here is a snapshot of the skills you will need to be well versed in: Windows 10 Office 365 MDM (InTune) Active Directory/Group Policies Windows Networking: DNS, DHCP Networks/Firewalls/VPN Automation (Powershell etc) ITIL Additional experience of Azure, AWS, Cyber Security, AEM would be a great added bonus but not essential. Most importantly in this 3rd Line Support/Desktop Architect role, we are looking for someone who can be proactive about their day to day work and career path.
