Data Manager with previous school experience required for schools in Coventry & Warwickshire Your new company Hays are the market leading recruitment agency in the UK. We work with several schools across the local area, that offer Data Manager roles, on a full-time basis. Your new role This role is an on-going position, with immediate start for the right person. You are expected to work between the hours of 8am and 4pm, 3 days a week, with the benefit of receiving school holidays off. You will oversee the department, the use of data systems and organise, store and analyse data to ensure confidentiality. Your goal is to ensure that information flows timely and securely to and from the school as well as within. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience as a Data Manager, within a school environment. An excellent understanding of data administration, management functions and communication skills, as well as having an analytical and problem-solving mindset. You will be familiar with modern database and information system technologies, as well as SIMS and Microsoft Office programmes such as Excel, Access and Word.
