Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Helpdesk Administrator to join one of the UK’s leading Engineering and Facilities Services providers on a permanent basis. This role is based in Central London, offering up to £23,000 per annum. Working hours are 40 hours a week, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch break. Key responsibilities: · Resourcing the appropriate engineer based on location and skill set. · Managing telephone and email queries on outstanding and ongoing works orders. · Communicating with other colleagues in regards to queries on purchase orders, thresholds and call out responses. · Inputting reactive call outs onto the system. · Constantly updating the systems and clients throughout the day. · Covering holiday/sickness days when needed. · The assistance of other team members when necessary. · Ensuring all work requests are met with timely and accurate allocation. · Working to tight deadlines provided by management under contract conditions. · To support the help desk manager. Requirements: · Excellent organisational skills. · The ability to work in a larger team, multi tasking your day to day duties. · You must have experience in a client facing role. · Software experience required – Maximo or Concept · Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus. · You must have great organisational skills, with close attention to detail.
