Office 365 - Cloud Services Specialist Working Hours - 09:00 - 17:30, Monday - Friday Salary - Competitive Contract - Permanent This is a great opportunity for an Office 365 Specialist to join a medium sized Real Estate firm in their Central London Offices. Responsibilities you'll be responsible for the administration of Office 365 applications and be the go-to person and provide 3rd line support. you'll train end users on O365 capabilities and tools (Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook etc). you'll manage Intune, Azure AD and autopilot. you'll identify inefficiency and propose innovative solutions, to include design and develop new functionality. you'll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to lead, engage and inspire others. you'll have previously worked with PowerApps and Microsoft Flow. you'll be proactive, enthusiastic and output driven with a strong desire to improve and streamline processes. you'll be able to handle confidential and sensitive information, and professionally handle issues and queries.
