Overview
Twenty Financial Services are currently recruiting for a Senior System Monitoring Engineer to join a financial client in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Monitoring team and be responsible for supporting the monitoring and event management tools development and administration. We are looking for and experienced engineer who has a track record of monitoring tools administration and 3rd line support. Responsibilities Provide technical escalation and 3rd line troubleshooting for monitoring tools Aid in the creation and maintenance of support documents Support the design and management of the monitoring environment Responsible for ensuring system integrity Work with wider technology teams and provide solutions and designs for successful implementation Escalation point for junior members of team Occasional weekend working Skills Prior experience of administering large IBM Tivoli Monitoring environments Experience working and administering an ITM 6.3 environment Netcool/Omnibus experience Experience in integrating monitoring tools with ITSM tools – ServiceNow If this role sounds of interest please call Leanne on This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89808443
