If yes, then this is the role for you In Frome we currently support two adults to keep them safe, happy and healthy. We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic support worker who has a high standard of cleanliness and can support them to access their local community. Things you may need to support with: Medicine administration and management Personal care Helping to manage finances Preparing and cooking healthy meals Attached is a personal profile on both adults, some activities they enjoy are; swimming, playing X Box and Playstation, watching wrestling, watching films, singing and much more. Key skills and experience: Driving license is essential Knowledge and understanding of learning disability is desirable Willingness to support with personal care as and when required Work when you choose across various shifts to include; days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
