My client a National Facilities Service provider are currently recruiting for a maintenance engineer with a strong plumbing background. This is a great opportunity for a maintenance plumber to start in a permanent position with a competitive package on offer. The Package £28,000 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Private Healthcare Pension The Role To work part of a site based team carrying out planned and reactive maintenance plumbing tasks as well as building fabric. Ensure all works carried out in compliance with all legislative and company policies. Manage personal workloads to ensure maximum productivity. To carry out reactive maintenance and extra works/emergencies in accordance with the contract requirement. The Person City & Guilds in Plumbing or NVQ Have building fabric knowledge.
