Overview
Senior Operations Manager of Health Services - Adult disability (London) Social and Health Care specialist developing and managing Services for disabled Adults & children. A hugely rewarding environment, services and not for profit organisation looking to grow after a mini restructure. The purpose of the role is to deliver the strategic plan of the organisation with oversight on the operational challenges and successes of services and projects so they run cost effectively, delivering our contracts and enhancing reputation. MAIN FOCUS: You will ensure a culture of safety and good practice that supports our strategic plan and ensures legislative compliance You will ensure robust Quality Assurance You will oversee effective financial management You will oversee people management development and best practice and contribute to making us an employer of choice You will disseminate information and good practice about LD and health across the organisation.
