Overview
We are currently recruiting for the position of Residential Child Care Worker For Days and Nights Full training will be given to applicants who are willing to work towards or who already hold a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Child Care. Requirements: An understanding of the social, cultural, physical and emotional needs of children, an awareness of child protection and relevant safety issues. You will be motivated to work with children with have a diagnosed learning disability. You will be a good team player who is able to provide a positive, welcoming, nurturing and stimulating homely environment for children. Hours of work are 39 per week, rota system in operation to include days, evenings, weekends and sleep over duties.
