Humanities Teacher - South Birmingham - April 2020 Academics are recruiting a full time Humanities Teacher for a 'Good' Ofsted Secondary School, in the South Birmingham area. This exciting position is to commence April 2020 until July 2020. This supportive school aims to create a positive learning community, in which every individual can achieve their highest standards. The school are looking for someone to adhere to this ethos by caring passionately about the progress and development of every student's journey into adult life. The successful teacher will be someone who can instil in children positive attitudes, a sense of purpose, high standards of work and behaviour and high self-esteem. Academics look forward to hearing from like-minded individuals whose first priority is the education and success of the students. You will be expected to deliver well-organised and engaging Humanities lessons, both practical and classroom based consistently across KS3-KS4 (KS5 is advantageous but not essential). Mark work and give appropriate feedback and maintain records of pupils' progress and development.
