Finance Manager

Finance Manager - £45,000 - £50,000 per annum - WARWICKSHIRE Macildowie Finance are currently supporting a well established and highly respected SME business based in Stratford to recruit a Finance Manager. My client operates from a premium brand position and has an excellent reputation for high quality product and customer service. This role will facilitate further operational growth within the organisation and will play a key part in streamlining processes and supporting decision making across this business, working closely with the MD, Operations Director and commercial director. Responsibilities will include: Leadership of all month end reporting - ensuring that the information provided is both timely and accurate. Presentation of month end reporting to the Senior Leadership team - providing your commentary on areas of variance to plan and potential solutions. Coaching, development and management of a team of 5. Driving continuous improvement and streamlining of all reporting processes. Work with operations stakeholders to lead on all budgeting and forecasting. Take a lead on all process improvement activities within the business - challenge appropriately to drive efficiencies. Act as a true business partner to all levels of the business - support on key business decisions, driving the profile of finance forward to a 'true value adding function'. To be considered for this role you must be/have: ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified Advanced Excel skills - (Pivots, Look Ups, Ifs) Demonstrable examples of where you have utilised your Excel/systems skills to drive process improvements. Team management experience would be highly advantageous. As the finance manager, you will be the number 2 person in finance on site and will report directly into the managing director.
