Overview
As an experienced Healthcare Assistant you will have experience of working in acute mental health services, will have excellent communication and robust resilience skills, and the ability to develop therapeutic relationships with service users. Delivering high-quality care in a challenging environment, and working in a multidisciplinary team will be second nature to you, where you will enjoy the reward and satisfaction that comes with seeing people in your care improve. A full induction and training package will be provided prior to working on the unit, along with on-going support for professional development.
