Temp Job Bham - Customer Service Advisor - ASAP start - DBS needed - Call Jenny Your new company Our client is an international financial services company based near Fiveways in Birmingham city centre. Due to a backlog of work load, we are currently looking for a number of customer service agents. Your new role As temporary Customer Service adviser, you will be taking a high level of calls from customers regarding queries, complaints and arranging call backs with other advisors. What you'll need to succeed You will need a Basic DBS issued within the last 6 months and have customer service experience, whether over the phone or face to face. You will be able to commute to the Fiveways area in Birmingham and have no annual leave for the next month. What you'll get in return In this temporary position, you will be earning £9.50 an hour, plus holiday pay. You will be working within well kept offices between the hours of 9-5, well located to public transport links.
