Experienced Commercial Dispute Resolution Associate sought for outstanding practice in South Glamorgan. This is a rare opportunity for a talented and driven Commercial Dispute Resolution Associate to join a Lexcel accredited practice in Cardiff on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will handle a busy and demanding caseload of commercial litigation matters, whilst assisting with business development. Responsibilities • High-value, complex commercial litigation matters • Cases with international aspects • High-profile clients • Assisting in developing a strong sport, media, IT and intellectual property disputes practice • High-value contract disputes across a range of sectors • Assisting partners • Supervising junior lawyers The Candidate • Solicitors with 4-9 years’ PQE • Solid experience in commercial litigation gained within a reputable firm • Previous supervision and management experience is highly desirable • Confidence in leading a team with minimal supervision • Public and private sector experience will be advantageous • It proficiency The Firm A highly successful firm with over 100 staff, our client offers an impressive range of legal services to business and individual clients.
