Overview
A long established firm in Essex is looking to hire a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Lawyer to act as a stand-alone fee earner in their busy CQS accredited conveyancing department. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience as a Residential Property Solicitor/Lawyer, and will be confident handling their own caseload of sales, purchases, mortgages and remortgages, buy to let, and transfers of ownership from initial inception to completion. Whilst you will be the only Conveyancer within the firm, you would work closely with an experienced Commercial Property Partner, and also have your own designated secretary. Although the firm has well-built client relationships, the successful candidate must be commercially viable and enjoy business development and marketing. This is an excellent opportunity to take over an existing caseload at a firm which has an excellent reputation on the local market, and a loyal client base. Ongoing training and support are available, as well as a clear progression route.
