Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Legal Practice with over 60 years’ experience with conveyancing and property law. Our client is experiencing a period of rapid growth and is seeking experienced Residential Conveyancers to join their busy, successful residential property team. The roles would suit ambitious individuals who can make an immediate impact on the business. The successful applicants will be able to hit the ground running, have first-class client care skills and the ability to communicate in a clear and precise manner. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling a large volume of Conveyancing matters. Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload to include sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), re-mortgages and transfer of equity files from initial instruction through to post completion in a fast-paced yet relaxed environment.
