The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with circa 6 years' post-qualification experience and the ability to demonstrate strong technical knowledge as the Department's cases are wide-ranging and include high street lenders on sales and purchases of both leasehold and freehold properties for first-time buyer to high-net-worth clients. This position will involve managing a team in this office, therefore you will have previous management experience and, although this office has existing client relationships, you must have a proven background of generating work. The successful candidate will be approachable, professional, commercially viable and will possess good relationship-building skills.
