Partner - Private Client
Overview
Legal 500 firm in Avon seeks a talented Private Client Partner on a full-time, permanent basis. Seeking a solicitor to join the firm at partner level undertaking a complex private client caseload and providing exceptional client care. Responsibilities • Succession planning • Drafting wills • Lasting powers of attorney • Trust deeds • Administering estates • Probate • Inheritance tax • Court of Protection applications • Ensuring compliance with the SRA • Business development, marketing and networking The Candidate • Senior associate solicitor/partner with an extensive background in private client and at least nine years’ PQE • Membership of STEP is highly advantageous • Excellent technical skills is desirable • Highly personable, able to demonstrate an empathetic and compassionate approach • Have effective supervisory skills with the ability to prioritise own workload • An aptitude for business development and marketing The Firm Our client is a long-standing, nationally Legal 500 recognised firm which has been established within the legal framework for many years.
