Overview
A great Law firm based in Blackburn are looking for an experienced Industrial Disease Solicitor to join their vibrant team On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for running a caseload of Industrial Disease files from start to finish. The majority of the caseload will consist of NIHL cases so it is crucial to have prior experience dealing with these files. You will deal with a mixture of Fast and Multi track cases, preparing witness statements and liaising with clients and third parties. Additionally, you will review injury claims and negotiating settlements. To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience of handling a Industrial Disease caseload from inception to completion and be a confident litigator.
