Overview
Industrial Disease Paralegal | Blackburn I am working with a well established law firm based in Blackburn who are looking to recruit a Paralegal to join their Industrial Disease department on a permanent basis. The role of the successful Paralegal will be to support and assist the Partner and other senior Fee Earners of the team with their files. You will be arranging appointments and liaising with clients and dealing with their queries as well as creating new files, completing client questionnaires, drafting court documents, attending Court hearings and assessing clients financial means. You will also be drafting and / or dictating correspondence and statements to clients, courts, solicitors, counsels, third parties etc. This opportunity is for someone who has experience within Industrial Disease and is looking for a firm to progress and grow with. a law degree and / or LPC would be advantagous. The salary is negotiable and are looking for the right candidate to start as soon as possible.
