Overview

Qualified Service Manager needed for Mental Health Crisis Support Service in Canterbury, Kent Service Care Solutions are looking for a Qualified Service Manager needed for Mental Health Crisis Support Service as part of a Nationwide Mental Health Organisation that operates Safe Havens throughout the country. Salary - Circa £29,500 per annum, £250 Bonus for Qualified Staff applying through Service Care Full Time Position - 37.5 per week, mostly engaged in the evenings with a mixture of Weekdays and Weekends. As one of the leading organisations in mental health support, their innovative approach has led them to providing a comprehensive range of services supporting individuals in need of mental health support including: services contributing towards assistance in psychological therapy, housing and community support. The Safe Haven is an out of hour recovery and drop in service aiming to assist in de-escalation and recovery upon emotional distress. You shall be managing Crisis support workers and qualified practice leads across several new services established across Kent. You shall have access and strong communication with key services such as other mental health providers, NHS, local and voluntary such as the police and ambulance services as well as close relationships with home treatment teams, hospital liaison teams, Access and Wellbeing Service and Street Triage.
