If this sounds like you, then this could be the perfect opportunity. Our client is a Global Financial Services organisation who are going through an exciting period of transformation. They are looking for an experienced Supplier Relationship/Risk Manager to help establish broad internal stakeholder relationships with 1st line of defence Supplier Relationship Managers, Senior Accountable Executives and Risk Subject Matter Experts across all geographies, and provide guidance, advice, training and direction whilst the SRM’s execute their framework requirements. As a Supplier Relationship/Risk Manager, you will be responsible for providing the 2nd line of defence oversight and direction which will provide evidence that the First Line of Defence business units are compliant with the Global Procurement Outsourcing & Supplier Management Policy & Framework. You will need to have excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, as well as advanced Excel, PowerPoint, reporting and presentation skills This is a fast-paced environment, and our client needs someone who will be happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in You will also need to be able to use your initiative and work independently whilst being a great team player. Key Responsibilities: Manage the 2nd line of defence activities and ensure completion of the routines established Lead the Program Adherence activities with SRM’s across various business units Host regular SRM focus groups to support the evolution of the Programme and recommend change as appropriate Form stakeholder groups to gather feedback from existing process and address challenges Contribute and drive framework and policy design activities Monitor open Internal Audit findings and escalate open issues where necessary Remain fully aware of key risk, compliance and regulatory impacts of the Supplier Risk Management Lifecycle, and their impacts Experience required: A working background in Supplier Relationship Management is essential for this role It is essential the role holder has a working experience of working within an Enterprise Risk Management framework model within their organisation with sound knowledge of the 3LOD Risk Management model It is desirable for the experience to be as part of a 2LOD SRM Oversight function, but not essential It is desirable for the role holder to have held a SRM role within a Financial Institution It is essential to be an advanced user of MS Word / Excel / Powerpoint / Visio Please use the site buttons to Apply If you would like to know more about this opportunity, please call Karen Laker on 44 (0)1403 248448 Beaumont Select is a leading Supply Chain & Purchasing Recruitment Agency for permanent and interim staffing solutions.
