TPH Global provide business software solutions designed for the film and television industry. We're are looking for a critical thinking full-time support technician for our Twickenham, UK office. A successful candidate should be an enthusiastic and positive individual who enjoys challenging themselves and continually growing. As a part of the role you'll liaise with Australian based technical leads to facilitate ongoing infrastructure maintenance and upgrades. Responsibilities: Day to day responsibilities will focus predominately on the following: · Application Support · Liaise with Australian based technical leads to facilitate infrastructure and networking administration and upgrades · ISO 27001 maintenance Skills: A successful applicant should be well versed in the following soft skills: · Excellent communication · Clear and concise documentation ability · Attention to detail · Time management A successful applicant should be familiar with the following technical skills / technologies: · Basic SQL knowledge · Active Directory · Office 365, extensive experience with MS Excel · Windows Server Following skills an advantage, but not required: · ISO 27001 Experience · Exposure to Amazon Web Services A successful candidate will be required to provide a copy of a police report for security.
