Health Care Assistant - Specialised Team - South East I am looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to work in a specialised Social Care team, with a good reputation for delivering high quality care. You will have the opportunity to work in an efficient team alongside experienced colleagues who know what they are doing and are able to provide the necessary support in this type of role. Being in a specialised team will allow you to learn new elements of the field, an opportunity that does not come in many places of work. You will need to have experience as a Social Care Professional, working as a Support Worker or Health Care Assistant in a Children's or Adult's team.
