Job Description Due to expansion Airbus in Filton, Bristol are searching for a Data Loss Investigation Support (Cyber Security) is responsible for the execution of business data loss investigations and associated initiatives that allows Airbus to reduce business risk associated with data loss. Your role is a crucial building block in securing Airbus, and will work together with other parts of the Cyber team to ensure data loss both in Airbus, and across the extended enterprise, is minimised to an acceptable level of risk. You will report directly to the Head of Critical Asset Cyber Protection in IM Cyber Security, based in the UK, and will be working closest with the Data Loss team, as well as other Security analysts, Investigators and Security Compliance officer, both inside the team and beyond. You will be responsible for Data Loss investigations across all products, Airbus wide, will become an expert on Data Loss technical investigations of both on premise and cloud based data loss. You will be required to be able to be security cleared to a UK SC level Main Tasks and Responsibilities Lead Data Loss investigations arising from reactive incident management and pro-active data analysis inputs, to deliver risk reduction against measurable targets Ensure Data Loss investigations are procedurally conducted according to Airbus standards Keep data loss investigative tooling up to date and relevant for on-going and future investigations Be accountable for accuracy of results, and appropriate involvement of key stakeholders Support and work with the Analytics team and Security Operation Centre to provide an end to end data loss incident process, from analysis and investigation to response Identify and engage with key stakeholders (directly, and with support of other members of the wider IM Cyber Security team) across the organisation that will help reduce and manage risk associated with data loss Support and develop all processes and supporting key documentation. Manage stakeholders, in particular, social partners Be responsible for contribution into user and stakeholder change management (Communications and Awareness) related materials on this subject area Contribute to Monthly Security operational boards Contribute to key IM Cyber projects and initiatives (Insider threat program etc.) Required Skills and Experience To be considered you will need to confirm one or several of the following points in your skills profile: Strong Security incident management, with significant experience of data loss and forensic investigations Data Loss technologies, Splunk and Cloud based SaaS solutions Track record in stakeholder engagement and steering More than 24 months experience in a similar field, with a proven track record of successful outcome Experience of working in a team that is based in different countries is valuable Understanding of Cyber Security (inc.
