Security Cleared Change Manager

The Opportunity Our permanent team continues to grow and we now require dedicated, security cleared Change Managers to drive and implement business change through effective change management. Responsibilities are likely to include: Supporting the project sponsor and encouraging active and visible sponsorship Building a compelling case for change Developing business change strategies with clear roadmaps Identifying relevant stakeholders and, working with the comms team, actively engage with them throughout the delivery lifecycle Overcoming resistance to change Recognising skills gaps and supporting requisite training Ensuring change sticks and benefits are realised As a permanent member of the team, you'll join our thriving business change community of practice with the opportunity to contribute and shape its future development, and to be at the forefront of your profession. About you Successful candidates will have deep experience across multiple themes in the people side of change. You may be a member of ACMP or CMI and hold industry-recognised qualifications such as APMG change management. You may already be a certified practitioner or be familiar with our core methodology, Prosci© , and its accompanying ADKAR model. Whatever your background, we’d love to find out how you keep yourself at the forefront of what we at CMC are passionate about – change. You will be well-versed in a range of ways to make change happen and make sure it sticks; importantly, you will have applied these, and learned which tools and techniques are most successful with your customers.
