Job Description We are looking for hardworking, honest and trustworthy individuals to join our growing family at Sitel - Newcastle. We are a global outsourcing company delivering award winning Customer Service for various well-known companies and we want YOU You will be working at Sitel in Newcastle. Here, you will be a temporary Inbound Call Centre Agent looking to make a difference whilst executing exquisite Customer Service. The job role itself consists of providing advice to a range of different people who call the Public Health England helpline. You will be the voice of the company in assisting them with their queries. Specialist Skills and Experience Required · A team player who is proactive with a desire to help others · Ability to build a rapport with customers · Computer literate · Confident telephone manner · Be able to communicate successfully, confidently and clearly (verbal and written) · Be open minded · Be attentive · Be patient · Ability to use positive language · Good time management · Be empathetic At Sitel, we offer many benefits for just being part of our team such as shift slides and flexi days Pay We pay you weekly, one week in arrears for the hours you work including any overtime. £10 per hour Opening Hours Monday - Sunday 7am-11:00pm Job Type We are offering a full time, temporary contracts of up to 37.5 hours a week. 1 week rolling contract initially. Our full time employees follow a shift rotation which covers morning, middle and late shifts. We will require you to be fully flexible around the opening and closing times.
