Overview

Service Care Solutions have a fantastic new opportunity for an Administrator based in Nottinghamshire. The role is based at a Substance Misuse Recovery Service in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire and is initially on a 4-week temporary contract, due to commence ASAP. Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Pay rate: £11ph (Ltd) Main Duties: The main duties of the Administrator include: •Providing a welcoming reception service •Responding to telephone calls and emails from service users, outside agencies and staff and answering any queries •Collating and monitoring data efficiently •Taking minutes at team meetings •Corresponding with the finance department regarding invoices •Monitoring and ordering office supplies Person Specification: The applicant must have previous experience in a similar position.
