Sous Chef required for a Restaurant in Matlock area. Salary is upto £29,000 . The restaurant is serving fantastic dishes using fresh produce. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef. The role: As a sous chef you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the running of the kitchen. You will prep a section and cook in service. This role will include all the normal Sous Chef duties. Experience: We are looking for a Sous Chef who is either a Senior Chef de Partie looking to step up or a Sous Chef who is looking for a new challenge.
