Job Title: Sous Chef Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 (depending on experience) Location: North West Norfolk Who will you be working for? A boutique hotel located on the Norfolk coast. They’re part of a small hospitality business who own a number of hotels and leisure venues around the UK. Here they offer comfortable and relaxed experiences in addition to a fantastic food offering utilising the best of the local produce and seafood. What are we looking for? A Sous Chef with steady experience working within a premium casual or boutique hotel environment. You’ll need to be a chef with a passion for working with fresh produce and able to work with the Head Chef to create a delicious family-friendly menu using the best of Norfolk’s ingredients Desirable Qualities: Have steady experience as a Sous Chef or Jnr Sous Chef within a hotel or high-end gastropub kitchen Be confident in being able to support the Head Chef in leading the team, and training and developing junior members of staff Have a fantastic work ethic and able to work well under pressure Have excellent knowledge of health & hygiene practices Be looking for a stable career with a growing hospitality group Does this sound like you?
