This stunning independently owned restaurant is seeking the talents of an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join its brigade. The restaurant seats up to 120 covers and there is also a lounge area for up to 80 covers. You will be creating some of the finest dishes with a strong focus on using only the freshest, locally produce available. You must have experience within a high standard fine dining environment as well as working with large volumes. As Senior Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be responsible for running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. A salary package of £45,000 per annum is available for the right Senior Sous Chef.
