Overview

Summary We are working with a fabulous Pub group with 90 sites based in the south of England. Fantastic food, beautiful locations with a great reputation to boot. This role is within the ever expanding Destination Inns concept. We need a Kitchen manager who has a passion for great food, excellent cooking skills and will be responsible all aspects of the kitchen including motivating the brigade in this fast moving environment. This would be the perfect opportunity for an experienced sous chef who is looking to take the next step in their career. You must be eligible to work in the UK with a valid UK bank account and NI number. On top of a competitive salary the role offers excellent perks and bonus. The Role Delivering the food concept to Company standard and exceeding guests expectations All aspects of food stock control including ordering, taking deliveries,stock taking,control of wastage Delivering food GP% to budget Recruitment,training and development of the kitchen team so they can reach their potential Excellent communications skills Exemplary standards of personal hygiene and presentation Pass both external and internal audits A strong understanding of food health and safety Health And Safety Compliance in line with company policy and Law You Must have experience as a Sous chef with at least 2 years experience. Must come from a food led Gastro Pub or Restaurant.
