Chef de Partie, 4 star hotel, 2 rosette restaurant, York, live in available, circa £21K Our Client is looking to recruit a strong CDP for this 2 Rosette country Hotel. You will be joining a team of 10 chefs, producing modern British dining for the fine dining restaurant, everything is made in house as you would expect in a 2 rosette kitchen. Situated in a lovely country location, but with close links to York & Leeds You would be joining at a fantastic level, and have experience working on different sections of a fresh food led kitchen, ideally being from a 2 rosette kitchen, although this is not a necessity, as the attitude you will bring, work ethic and willingness to learn are the main factors our client is looking for, experience working with fresh produce is a must though. This is a fantastic location to learn under a very well respected head chef, in a kitchen and venue that is very well established, and over time will really add quality to any CV and help you further your future career. In return my client is offering a fantastic package, being a salary of up to £21,000, with live in available, this really is a fantastic opportunity for the right chef.
