The Role: We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join our back of house team at one of our North West sites. As a Head Chef you will report in to the Operations team and be responsible for; · Managing, motivating and staffing your team, supporting them to consistently exceed company standards · Responsibility for GP%; controlling costs such as operating, purchasing and staffing in line with budgets · Ensuring all requirements of Health and Safety and Food Safety are met This role needs a skilled, passionate and experienced chef who is well organised, hardworking, an inspirational leader and fantastic team player with unwaveringly high standards and fantastic attention to detail.
