Senior Sous Chef – Victoria 2AA Iconic Gastro Pub – British Cuisine - £35,000 Senior Sous Chef Famous Gastro Pub – 2AA Level 50 for lunch, 100 for dinner modern British cuisine 20 within main kitchen and pastry (3 within the BAR kitchen brigade) Victoria / Sloane Square Station £35,000 per annum 7 shifts per week (50hrs per week) 8am earliest start / 11:30pm latest finish WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR? A competent and career-driven Senior Sous Chef with a proven track record in professional kitchens. The ideal Senior Sous Chef will be a creative, self motivated and someone who leads by example. They are looking for a Senior Sous Chef with previous experience working with British cuisine.
