Demi Chef de Partie required in the North East for a Hotel and Restaurant. 4 DAY WEEK, up to £20,000-£22,000. This restaurant is producing stunning Rosette standard dishes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie. The role: As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will work on a 4 day week running one of the sections in the Kitchen. You will create great fresh food dishes and this role will include all the normal Demi Chef de Partie duties. Experience: We are looking for a chef de Partie with experience as a Deni Chef de Partie or a 1st commis chef from a fresh food background looking for a step up.
