Overview

The Position: Head Chef The Candidate Requirement : Head Chef We are looking for a great Head Chef to take over the management of a great operation. The ideal candidate will be a strong all-rounder with great 2 rosette experience. You must be comfortable with catering for a number of busy outlets within this centrally located hotel. You should want to source all your ingredients as locally as possible and make your breakfast, afternoon tea and bar snacks as good quality and appealing as your fine dining The property strives towards red star status; holds 2 rosettes for its fine dining restaurant it also offers a new relaxed dining restaurant, and caters for a small number of weddings annually. Super owner who looks after their staff very well, great opportunity for a Senior Sous to take on their first Head Chef role. Our Client: Head Chef This hotel is a period building, having been lovingly refurbished to make it a contemporary boutique-style property, a lovely refined operation. Luxurious finishes set in chic surroundings is the best way to describe this privately owned property. Inside, there are comfortable lounge areas and 2 dining options, where good local ingredients are prepared with skill and minimal fuss.
