Overview
We are looking a new Chef de partie to join the brigade. You will be working 5/7 days per week and assisting the Head Chef in his daily duties. As CDP, you must be capable of looking after the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence ensuring that service runs smoothly. As our Chef De Partie you will: Have previous experience working in a busy kitchen Be organised and understand how to order and receive deliveries correctly.
