Overview
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef for a leading hotel and restaurant in Stratford upon Avon.This is a leading restaurant and well known for all the right reasons; great food, service and drinks Due to their continued growth and internal promotions they now need a junior sous for this new kitchen. You will be required to work on each section, support the head and sous, but most of all, have the willingness to learn and develop yourself as a chef.The head chef here is a real talent and wants to keep teaching and passing on their skills.
