Overview
Tom Kerridge is looking for an Assistant Manager The role will be based at The Coach; a Michelin Star establishment which strives to follow the same high-quality standards we have at The Hand & Flowers, the only pub in the UK with two Michelin Stars. Here at The Coach we are an ambitious bunch who are hardworking & passionate about what we do, consistently striving towards perfection. Responsibilities Running a busy service; greeting & advising guests, handling customer enquiries & complaints & managing the team to ensure a smooth & high-quality service. Supporting the Establishment Manager with the logistics of running a demanding & fast paced establishment. Taking responsibility of the business performance of the establishment, analysing sales levels & profitability. Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene & health & safety legislation / guidelines. Onboarding new joiners & supporting the development & progression of the employees, motivating the team & leading by example. Requirements Experience within a similar role. You will have strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate, inspire & coach. Display excellent attention to detail & be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience Be punctual, focused, well organised & reliable. An understanding of commerciality, be able to maximise revenues & manage costs efficiently Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team.
