Company: This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef looking for a good work / life balance to work for one of the world’s most reputed Art Galleries. This restaurant has fantastic views over London. The venue serves fresh seasonal Modern British cuisine for approximately 100 - 120 covers per service. There is a brigade of 12 Chefs. The Senior Sous Chef position offers very strong chances of progression to Head Chef / excellent benefits and very good working hours with only lunch served Monday to Thursday & Sunday / Lunch & Dinner serves Fri / Saturday. Last orders 9pm.
